We have vacationed in the 30A, Seaside area for years but Benchmark Management and the Blue Pineapple made this vacation memorable! Benchmarks communication from the time of booking, through the check-in process, until after our time ended has been extremely professional, helpful and unmatched in the industry.
Also, the house we everything we had hoped for and more. The backyard was exactly what we needed for our family getaway. Already booking next years trip!!!

We had a fantastic stay at the Blue Pineapple! The saltwater pool was perfect for our little ones—safe, clean, and so refreshing. The house was beautifully appointed with everything we needed and more. Its location was ideal—just a short walk to the beach, shops, and great restaurants. The host was incredibly responsive and made our stay smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend the Blue Pineapple for families with young kids!

The house and pool were absolutely awesome! Plenty of room, towels, TVs, and the outdoor space was awesome! Multiple texts sent during our stay to make sure everything was good. House was clean and updated. It also came with plenty of kitchen pots/pans/utensils. The two blocks to the beach was also SO convenient! It was also great location between Seaside and The Big Chill.

Me and my wife stayed here with our dog (thank you for being pet friendly!!!!) for a short few days and we were blown away at how close everything was to this property. The Tom Thumb was literally less than a min walk away for any small things we forgot to pack and the beach access walk was about 5 min away (we thought it was going to be 10-15 min away). Everywhere we chose to eat (Redbar, Pescado, and Old Florida Fish House) was all 15-20 min drives away and so easy to get to. We’ve already written down the name of this house to remember to bring our friends back here and next time we’d like to stay longer and explore more in walking distance knowing how centralized it was to a ton of stuff on 30A. Thank you for the amazing house and opportunity to stay here!

The property was perfect for our month-long stay. It is a perfect location for everything we wanted to do on 30A. It was very clean and nicely appointed. Benchmark was highly responsive to our questions and requests. We highly recommend the Blue Pineapple!

The Blue Pineapple was a perfect home for our big family. We were able to take the golf cart everywhere. Plenty of room for everyone to have their room and not be cramped. The home is beautiful.
